MyDataQ E-mail: email normalization in your database

The E-mail module is a solution for the normalization of the e-mail addresses that appear in a database. The email Validation module is a solution for validating email addresses.

How does it work?

Through the establishment of standards applied to e-mail data, unauthorized characters are treated (accents, parentheses,…), addresses with erroneous format are adapted (absence of at signs, spaces, misplaced periods,…), they are resolved typical typing errors in the most common domains and the existence of these domains is checked. Finally, based on this, the degree of reliability of the e-mail is assigned.

It makes an automatic call to the validation service of the BriteVerify provider to carry out the information validation processes. Once the e-mail address has been processed, the service will assign indicators that allow knowing the degree of validation of the e-mail address.
